Decided to ride up constitution hill as I was bored. Got to the top and rode down to Clarach bay. Continued on the coastal path towards Borth for a mile or so and then turned back and cycled round the woods in Clarach. Found an awseome downhill track someone had made. Gonna have to give it a go someday, its a bit mental though with 1 or 2 6 and 10 foot drop offs. A good little ride totally unplanned especially with the blazing sunshine
